Adam D. Shandler is the Director of Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition at the VNA Health Group, one of the largest independent home health and hospice organizations in the country. In this role, Adam is responsible for all recruiting strategy and learning programs like leadership development, tuition reimbursement, VNA’s learning management system, and executive coaching.
Prior to his arrival at the VNA in 2019, Adam served in similar roles in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and managed care. A featured speaker and panelist at several healthcare and human resources conferences, Adam is a certified master facilitator and certified organizational development coach. His management development and home health nursing residency programs have won Chief Learning Officer Magazine awards.
