Linda Murphy is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Concierge Home Care and Mobile Medical. CHC currently operates throughout the Florida Market touching a daily census of over 14,000 seniors. A Graduate of UF, she started her career as an emergency room charge nurse. Linda discovered her true career passion in Home Health in 2003 after recovering from stage III breast cancer. She spent the next 12 years working for a large, publicly-traded home health provider. She advanced from clinical leader in the field, to directorship of a small home health agency to responsibility for sales and operations of 31 offices throughout the Florida market.
In June 2015, Linda had the opportunity to apply all that she had learned by launching Concierge Home Care. CHC's reputation as innovators and ability to provide quality outcomes has allowed them partnerships with all their local hospitals as preferred providers. Linda has lead projects with Alternative Payment Models, and initiated many pilot programs that have yielded reduced re-hospitalization rates while optimizing symptom management. She has been a published author multiple times and spoken on behalf of the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign about best practices for improving patient outcomes.
Linda lives on a horse farm with her husband, Chris of 35 years. She is the mother of four amazing boys, the 4th who was recently adopted as a 14 year old from Colombia.
