Description
The due diligence process is cumbersome and overwhelming for buyers and sellers. it is filled with analysis, thorough review, and expert insight to assess the inter-workings and history of a potential merger or acquisition. This session will cover the investigation of “dead deals,” in addition to “Quality of Earnings,” and Clinical Compliance and will highlight the various reasons – legal, employment, and others that resulted in failed transactions. Attendees will take away a stronger understanding of the due diligence process through the stories shared by industry experts and lessons learned on what to look for and avoid in a future successful transaction.
