Description

As the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) implements Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP), the home care landscape continues to become more competitive; agencies must track patient outcomes and train their staff to capture the appropriate and best results. In this session, Angie Karr of McBee, and Steve Pamer of Cleveland Clinic, will explain how these organizations collaborated to identify lower performing staff, monitor functional outcomes, evaluate and develop countermeasures to improve risk adjustment, develop platforms to improve staff performance and drive results including a 1.5-star rating improvement in Quality.
