Description

By October, year one of the VBP national expansion will be quickly winding down and the stakes are high with a potential 5% payment adjustment in 2025. Agencies will have limited time to apply strategies to impact performance and allow for a strong finish to year one. This session will review key elements that make up and impact the VBP TPS and explore practical strategies for improving specific performance measures. The session will explore strategies specific to each of the three scoring areas, with particular focus on those measures that are most heavily weighted. This session will also assess various scoring examples and measure the impact of how improving the score on specific measures can impact the total TPS and estimated payment adjustment.
