Organizations are moving towards new innovative reimbursements models based on value and quality. In order to keep up with the demand from payer, providers need to look at ways to differentiate themselves in compensation models to retain and recruit staff. This session will provide insight on how to align compensation models for clinicians, clinical managers and support staff to incentivize them to provide quality care and drive financial results. This session will provide example of compensation models, data to measure performance and how to execute on these strategies. The session will provide how these models can assist in recruitment and retention of staff for Home Health and Hospice organizations.
