Kristen Wheeler has over 30 years’ experience in the health care industry, 17 of which have been in private duty home care. She began her home care career by creating and running a private duty department for a Medicare-certified home health provider before moving on to open a private duty home care agency. Following the sale of that agency, Kristen went to work with the Home Care Association of Florida for nearly six years. She is now the Executive Director of Private Duty Services at the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC), joining the NAHC team in March, 2022.
