Profile

Theresa M. Forster has been at NAHC for more than 20 years and currently serves as Vice President for Hospice Policy & Programs, in which capacity she coordinates the organization's legislative, regulatory and other efforts on behalf of hospice providers. Prior to NAHC, Forster served for more than 15 years in the U.S. Senate as a legislative aide working on aging, health and welfare issues. Her time in the Senate included a stint as Staff Director of the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging.
