Cindy has decades of national experience working with providers of care at home and is a passionate advocate for the people doing the work. She has worked extensively with individual agencies to assist with the rebuilding operational strategies where the intersection of the clinical and financial teams is at the forefront of agency success under PDGM and HHVBP. Within this journey, Cindy recalls her own transformation from a passionate clinician and clinical educator, into a seasoned and effective operations leader in care at home – mentors made the difference. Cindy has helped others achieve this transitional goal, through clear and simple operational frameworks, helping them generate great outcomes while building their leadership competence and confidence.
Cindy has given several national presentations and has served as a thought leader in disrupting the traditional case conference mechanism of agencies that has historically led to siloed and financially unstable practice patterns and has brought forth to the industry a framework of collaboration highlighting care management intelligently, systematically, and analytically.
Additionally, Cindy has provided situational leadership training to both State Associations and national companies (Supervision Plus®) and has supported the NAHC Mentor program actively.
