Currently, Rama holds the position of Project Manager for Johns Hopkins Care at Home, where she plays a pivotal role in managing projects for the Office of Strategic Alignment. Her work involves spearheading initiatives that enhance the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their homes, and aligning with the overarching Johns Hopkins Medicine mission. Rama serves on the NAHC Safety Task Force and co-authored a comprehensive Home Care Worker Safety Resource Guide, in collaboration with the NAHC Safety Task Force, that provides key recommendations in establishing and sustaining an employee safety program specific to home and community-based workers.
