Brent Korte has worked in the home care industry since 2001, overseeing home care operations for providers in Washington, Colorado, Idaho and Oregon. He has held leadership positions in multiple deliveries of home care, including geriatric care, pediatric nursing, home health, hospice, private duty, telehealth and community wellness. In 2013, Brent took over operations at EvergreenHealth Home Care, one of largest Home Care organizations in the US. He has worked to build a foundation around quality and innovation. Currently, his strategic focus is around innovating to meet the needs of pay for performance standards, emerging payment models, advocacy and improvement of health equity in post-acute care. Brent holds a Masters in Health Administration from Cornell University. He serves on the board of directors of the Northshore Senior Center, Home Care Association of WA and is Board Secretary of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice.
