Robert Love is a senior leader in the post-acute care industry with over two decades of experience in home health and hospice operations. As Executive Director at Butte Home Health and Hospice in Chico, California since 2018, he has guided the agency to national recognition—including achieving the rare distinction of CMS 5-star ratings in both Quality of Care and HHCAHPS patient satisfaction.
Rob is a passionate advocate for home-based care and has led initiatives that earned Butte a spot on Fortune’s Top 100 Small and Medium Workplaces in America and Great Place to Work honors three years running. His background includes leadership roles on the technology side of post-acute care as at DeVero and later Netsmart. He began his career in home health following his MBA from UC Davis and currently serves on the boards of both national and state associations.
