The Gout Education Society is a nonprofit organization of health care professionals dedicated to raising awareness of gouty arthritis—the most common form of inflammatory arthritis—with the aim of improving the overall quality of care and minimizing the burden of gout. With more than 9.2 million Americans suffering from gout, it is essential that all patients are educated about this serious disease, and can learn more from their doctors during regular visits. We offer complimentary educational resources for both the public and medical professionals.
