IMPORTANT INFORMATION

How will current COVID-19 restrictions affect attendance capacity?

The Mayor of Nashville removed all physical distancing and gathering restrictions from events. With this change,
the capacity for the Nashville event is 3,000 education seats.

NRPA will require proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test, within 72 hours of your arrival/check-in at the conference for all in-person attendees,
staff, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and speakers, regardless of your registration date.

NRPA is following CDC’s guidelines for classroom seating in education sessions. Seats in session rooms will be 3 feet apart.

Other safety measures for the in-person event will include requiring masks to be worn, mandating 6-foot physical distancing in all other gathering spaces,
organizing education session participants into learning pods, conducting health and wellness checks, continually cleaning, and disinfecting shared surfaces.

Exhibitors receive two complimentary staff personnel passes per 10x10.

Additional badges are $25.00 each.
