Safe Sitter, Inc. is a national nonprofit organization that offers programming for home alone safety and babysitter training. Programs for students in grades 4 – 8 are available, and all programs feature easy-to-follow scripts for class discussions, engaging visual aids, and fun group activities. Safe Sitter programs are a great way for parks to offer courses on life and safety skills, including indoor and outdoor safety, injury prevention, first aid and rescue skills, and child care.
