USA Baseball is passionate about ensuring athletes are provided a safe and positive environment to play baseball across the country. Per Senate Bill 534, all youth-serving sports organizations must complete background checks and abuse awareness training for all staff and coaches.  Organizations can implement BASE (Baseball Athlete Safety Education) in their programs through: Background Checks, Abuse Awareness Education, Online Incident Reporting Form, and Public-Facing Ineligible List.
