The Center for Poultry and Livestock Excellence was established by the Legislature and the Governor during the 2019 PA Farm Bill.  The intent of the Center is to focus on the needs of Poultry, Swine, Lamb, Sheep and Goat Producers across the Commonwealth.  Key areas of focus for the Center's work include: Biosecurity Planning; Animal Agriculture Infrastructure; Research; Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
