Building a profitable future for agriculture and forestry

Profile

Learn about the latest research, education, and outreach on climate-smart agriculture and forestry, a solution-oriented approach to growing and sustaining food and resources! The "smart" part of this approach is developing efficient ways to increase both productivity and profitability. To do this, researchers in the College of Agricultural Sciences are using cutting-edge technologies and innovative methods to grow more resilient crops and forests, to quantify the environmental benefits that can be gained, and to open new market opportunities for producers and land managers.
