The Penn State Extension - Master Well Owner Network is a group of over 900 volunteers who can help you learn about safe drining water through the proper location, construction, testing, treatment and management of private water wells, springs and cisterns.  Our display provides hands-on learning about water testing and sanitary well caps along with many free publications.
