The Center for Ag Conservation Assistance Training Our mission is to support conservation professionals by delivering training and technical assistance so that they can meet the demand of farmers who seek to address natural resource concerns such as water quality and soil loss while promoting productive farming. CACAT is housed at Penn State Extension and funded by the PA State Conservation Commission
