Profile

The Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Program (known as PennTAP) serves the PSU land grant mission as a statewide, grant-funded organization housed within the Office of Entrepreneurship and Commercialization.  We are charged with supporting Pennsylvania manufacturers, agricultural producers, entrepreneurs, and economic development agencies through direct technical assistance and connections to university resources.  We began our work 60 years ago as one of the first technical assistance programs in the country.
