Chemical contamination of foods, ranging from naturally occurring contaminants to those introduced during processing or food packaging, is a worldwide safety concern. This session will focus on analytical techniques for the analysis of emerging chemical contaminants as well as the occurrence of these contaminants in a variety of food products.
