This symposium will address the impact of medical and legalized cannabis, hemp, and cannabidiol (CBD) on forensic toxicology, the challenges with analyzing cannabinoids in different matrices, and how toxicologists are investigating alternatives to blood collection in an effort to collect easier specimens, particularly after suspected driving under the influence cases.
