Description
We describe measurements with Scanning Ion Conductance Microscopy geared toward quantitative analytical measurements at biological interfaces. Use of nanoscale pipettes that interact in a noncontact fashion with interfaces of interest. We show application to cell monolayers and use of ion channels as sensors, as well as carbon electrodes used for recording faradaic electrochemical information.
