American Tractive Force (ATF) is a railroad industry-focused company and a subsidiary of BPS RAIL in Mexico.

ATF serves numerous customers across North America, including Canada, the USA, and Mexico. The company specializes in developing solutions that address various needs by harnessing the strengths and capabilities of its affiliates.

The primary focus of ATF lies in the locomotives sector, and it was established in 2011 as part of BPS Rail.

Initially headquartered in Houston, Texas, ATF aimed to facilitate and support commercial activities between Mexico and the USA, leveraging the benefits of the CUMSA agreement.
