DaTong Xincheng New Materials Co., Ltd. (Xincheng) was established in August 2007 with a capital of RMB 130 million. As a High & New Tech enterprise which produces special graphite and pantograph skateboards, Xincheng is the vice president unit of the China Carbon Industry Association and the director unit of the Carbon New Materials Professional Committee of China's carbon industry. Meanwhile, it is the presiding unit for both two national standards and one industrial standard.
