GNB’s flooded lead acid batteries for locomotive starting include the Liberator KDZ unitized trays and the Flooded Classic KDZ monoblocs. GNB also provides the Element SLS for locomotive starting. The Element SLS is a valve regulated lead acid battery that reduces maintenance and improves cycling compared to flooded batteries.
