Tension and torque bolting solutions for track and railcars

ITH is dedicated to bolting solutions through engineering, tools, fasteners, and service. The ideal tool for track and railcar assembly/maintenance is the type ADS battery torque multiplier. Torque ranges up to 6,000 Nm (4,425 ft-lbs) and various reaction arms make the tool suitable for all types of bolting applications. Options include torque-angle and data documentation. ITH also supplies bolt tensioning solutions for locomotive engine applications. These are available as single-tensioner systems up to fully automated multi-tensioning systems.
