The Evolution of Cab Comfort - Motive Equipment Inc.

Motive Equipment was founded in 1985 as a manufacturing and engineering company. Expertise in these fields coupled with many years of railroad experience were combined to form a highly responsive, market sensitive, rail-orientated company.  This legacy continues today and is expanding to include new products and services for rail application. Some of the products that we manufacture for today's locomotives are a large assortment of  cab heaters, air conditioners, and HVAC systems to fit most all models of locomotives.  Custom designed HVAC systems are our specialty.  We also build refrigerators, cab fans, toilets, drain valves, visors and a host of other custom products for the railroad industry.   We are Motive Equipment-----a railroad supply company.
