STS will list your event on the conference website, mobile app, promotional meter board. It also will be included in the eDaily on the day of your event. A push notification will be distributed to Annual Meeting mobile app users before each symposia timeslot begins reminding registrants to attend and a post will be sent out from the STS X account. 

Sponsoring organization may place flyers for its event in a Plexi pocket on the STS Literature Wall located in the Main Lobby at the Convention Center, as well as place an easel sign outside its assigned space.
