The Asphalt Sealcoat Manufacturers Association (ASMA) is a professional Association comprising of manufacturers, material suppliers, contractors, consultants and governmental professionals. ASMA was formed with the expressed objective for promoting the use of asphalt emulsion based sealcoats for the preservation and protection of asphalt surfaces, with a special emphasis on safeguarding human and environmental health. In turn, protecting water quality, reducing the discharge of pollutants, and satisfying the water quality requirements of the Clean Water Act.
