Description
California is a proving ground for electric equipment implementation. City, municipal, and government agencies across the state are diligently working to meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) benchmarks. But like any fundamental change, electrifying your fleet presents a number of growing pains. This session brings together representatives from the government agencies behind the legislation, cooperative purchasing organizations helping cities and municipalities to make the jump to electric, and rental centers who have already started incorporating electric machines into their fleets. Moderated by electric equipment pioneer, Doosan Bobcat, this group will discuss what you need to know about going electric. Shifting everything—from fueling to maintenance to where you can operate—requires planning, patience, and adaptability. Learn how others have approached this transition and what your team can do to minimize the challenges ahead.
