HOW IT'S MADE
1. Wild-Caught
Wild Alaskan pollock is caught and brought into our facility located in the coldest region in South Korea.
2. Naturally Air-Dried
The pollock then undergoes over 40 cycles of a repeated, natural freezing and thawing process in the outside winter wind.
3. Ready To Eat!
Once all inedible parts, such as the bones and internal organs, are removed, the pollock is then ready to eat!
