What better way to get attention than with a Mascot friend?  This sponsorship allows you to bring a mascot friend to walk around the exhibit floor with a member of your staff to promote your booth.  

Have fun with it! Here is your opportunity to dress up an animal in your company's branded clothing and pass out samples or promotional items to drive traffic to your booth and create awareness of your products with attendees.

Rules and Requirements:

• If an animal, it must first be approved by show management.
  • It is the sponsor’s responsibility to clean up after the animal while on facility property.
  • The animal must be on a leash and accompanied by a trainer with SuperZoo badge at all times.
  • Sponsor may provide branded products for the animal walker and animal to wear and/or distribute.
  • Animals are subject to removal at show management’s sole discretion.
  • Animals are not allowed to remain in the building overnight.
• The animal/mascot must be well-behaved and not create a disruption on the show floor. 
• The animal/mascot would be permitted to walk on the show floor only, not to stay in any lobbies or other public spaces.

• You will have access to your meeting room only on the days/hours that have been reserved for you. If you need time to set up the room before your event, make sure that you have rented the room for that day/hours also. You will not be allowed access to your meeting room prior to the time that has been reserved for you.

• If you would like to have food/beverage in your meeting room, please be aware that it MUST be ordered from the Mandalay Bay.No outside food is allowed to be brought into the meeting rooms.
• *No Food/Beverage Minimum required. All F&B orders should go through Mandalay Bay Catering
• You will be charged a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel your meeting room after June 9, 2021.
