I'm Nikki, the proud inventor of Doggie Dust Grooming Powder. After welcoming my mini Bernadoodle, Fitzgerald (Fitz to his friends), in January 2022, I realized his fluffy coat needed special care. Will It Stain

Doggie Dust does not stain. However, it is recommended that when using the darker colors use sparingly (that's all you need) and don't wear your favorite white outfit (it is a powder after all, and can have a mind of its own). Just sprinkle some in your hand and rub through your dogs coat, repeat as necessary.

How Long Does A Bottle Last?

Dogs come in all different sizes so this may vary. Small/mini size dog 8-10 uses. Medium size dog 6-8 uses. Large dog 3-6 uses.

What If My Dog Eats It?

Doggie Dust Grooming Powder is made with 100% food grade ingredients and it is Vegan and non toxic. Your dog could eat an entire bottle and the only thing that would happen to them is they would be quite thirsty. 😃

Will This Replace The Need To Take My Dog To The Groomer?

It will reduce the amount of times you will need to take your dog to the groomer. We do not recommend cancelling the groomer altogether because who doesn't love a freshly bathed and groomed dog? In fact, your groomer will love you since they will have much less work to do when they groom your dog. Less mats/tangles makes a happy groomer!

Will It Dry My Dogs Skin?

Doggie Dust Grooming Powder is made with coconut oil which helps moisturizes the dogs skin. It will make your dogs coat silky and shiny but not dry.

What Will Happen If My Dog Has Some White Along With The Darker Color?

Well, if your dog is like mine they will have some white coat. I have a mostly black Bernadoodle but he does have some white on his chest. I use both colors on him so his white areas stay white. Remember, if the darker powder does get on the white coat it will turn darker but don't fear, the color will only last a few days and it does not stain the coat.

Will Doggie Dust Work To Remove Tangles And Mats Already In The Dogs Coat?

Unfortunately, Doggie Dust is not a magic bullet . If your dog has a few small tangles or mats it will likely help get them out. If the dog is very matted then you will probably have to bring your fur-baby to the groomer to have them shave their coat. However, using Doggie Dust Grooming Powder regularly you should not run into this issue.
