The bison shin bone is one of our hardiest bones we offer to dogs and proves to be good for even the most agressive chewer. It is an all natural bison bone that is dehydrated to be shelf stable with no added seasonings, smoke, or preservatives. Dogs will clean the small bit of meat left on our bones before they becomes a long lasting chew toy for healthy gums and plaque relief. We trim each shin and remove the small side bones to limit choking hazards left on by many competitors in the industry. The vitamins in bison are ideal for boosting a dogs metabolic function being rich in vitamin D, B6, B12 in additon to high concentrations of iron and essential fatty acids. Bison are more lean with less fat per ounce then beef, pork, chicken, and salmon while simultaneously being one of the highest sources of protein.
