If item is accepted for return, there is a 25% restocking fee of the item accepted for in-stock purchases (item cost). Buyer pays all return expenses. Refund, if accepted, will be after item is in my possession and inspected.

Every package will include a tracking number. When an item is shipped, depending on the carrier, in general, most items should arrive within a week of the ship date. Etsy should notify you when a package is shipped!

Please allow additional shipping time during holidays, especially during Christmas. Holiday seasons can delay shipment up to two additional weeks because of the amount of packages in transit. Express Shipping can be purchased depending on the order size and customization of the order. If desired, please contact us for express shipping additional costs.

I handcraft each item shown & no two will be exact. Several different pictures of similar items have been displayed, however, there will be some very noticeable variations.

I am unable to duplicate the exact item, as the hondo lays differently due to the stiff/softness of the rope, or other variations in the item that is crafted. Other variations, like wrapping, is dependent on rope or what is being wrapped.

Floral, fluff, feathers and other items used is based on seasonal, my location and time of year. I am unable to do an exact of any of my products.

Lariat Rope basket making is done by using a soldering iron that melts the rope. I do not dye the ropes either before or after. The ropes are purchased by the cowboy in his/her color choice or signature color.

At times and to ensure quality work, burn marks, sharp points/areas or other variations me be found or present on the item. The ropes used are actual ropes that were used on the ranch or in a rodeo.

I do not wash them, and they will have hair and dust on them, however, if they are full of dirt, I will rinse them. They won't have the poo on them, as I don't care to work with that..I like the "dirty" of the rope as it allows me to bring the colors (for colored ropes) of the rope out. I have several in my home and there is no smell.

Because a soldering gun is used for the rope making, there may/can have some sharp point, though I do my best to catch them, some may escape my attention... I am burning the ropes and there can be dark marks or other variations from the burning...

These are actual ropes used on the ranches and rodeo's, and there will be hair and dirt on them.

We are a very pet friendly home, but are non-smokers.

I have no control over the cost of shipping to your location. I have to list the size and weight as if boxed.

I custom make the rope items and most of the time, they can be of any size, height or dimension as they are handcrafted... *Those that I have already made and still available are excluded.

For example, if you have a specific area or space is limited, let me know the size you need and I will do my very best to have the item fit, I would need the measurements, however, there will be a + or - on either end of the size requested.

Some ropes will NOT be the same ropes listed. I have a variety of brands, lays, lengths and colors available and they are chosen randomly.

These ropes have been used on the Ranch or Arena. They will/may have dust, dirt, hair, and other gross things on them. They are dusted off, I just have to prepare people in case they are sensitive or have allergies.

Ropes are not washed as I keep them authentic. The dark markings that remain in the ropes are rubber burns. The burns are caused by cowboys dallying the ropes around their saddle horns that they wrapped with rubber to protect the leather from being damaged while working/roping cattle.
