AAPA 2020 Cancellation information for Career Fair Participants

 

For career fair fees:

AAPA is offering the following options to reach PAs in lieu of a refund:

  • Career Employment Opportunity Listing on the PA JobSource for three months @ $600
  • 30-day access to the PA resume database of PA JobSource @ $600
  • Direct Mail list (postal) of all pre-registered attendees for the 2020 conference @ $1,750
  • An email blast to all pre-registered 2020 attendees for a reduced price of $2,800 versus $3,500

If you choose either of the options above the cost will be deducted from your refund.  Please contract Tony Manigross at tmanigross@aapa.org if you are interested.

Should you choose not to take advantage of these offers and would prefer a refund, please complete the Refund Request Form.*  

 

For third party vendor orders:

Visit FREEMAN ONLINE® to cancel any orders you may have already placed.  

To cancel Music City Center orders for Food and Beverage, Internet, Rigging and Utilities (Electrical, Compressed Air, Water and Gas), email orderservices@nashvillemcc.com and include contact, company and booth number.  You can also call 615-401-1440.

Room reservations and room block requests made through AAPA registration will automatically be canceled.  Please note that if you made your reservations directly with the hotel, AAPA will not handle cancellation, you will need to contact the hotel directly. 

Experient has amended their standard refund policy for Lead Retrieval.  To receive a full refund for your lead retrieval purchased on your event, please send a refund request to our dedicated email box: answers.leadservices@experient-inc.com.  Please include a copy of your receipt/confirmation or invoice number.  Allow 7 to 10 business days for processing by Experient.  We will honor all refund requests for 90 days after the event’s original move-in date.  Please keep in mind that credit card refund posting times vary by merchant and bank.
