The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) is a national non-profit dedicated to creating universal access to best practice house calls programs through education, consulting, research, and advocacy to ensure that the over 7 million homebound and home-limited patients in the U.S. can receive high-quality care in their homes.
HCCI offers education, consulting, and research products, services and resources -- and also drives awareness of home-based primary care (the "modern day house call") through advocacy. In addition, the organization has an HCCIntelligence™ Resource Center with free and premium resources for practices and providers.
