Exhibitor Services Manual  

Your Booth Package Includes

• 8' deep x 10' wide space with draped back and side walls; back wall height 8' (booth displays should not exceed 8 ft in height)

• booth identification sign

• fully-carpeted exhibit hall

• two complimentary registrations per 10x10 booth purchased
  Meeting sponsors or ACHA sustaining member companies receive additional comps. Ask exhibits@acha.org for details.

Shipping Your Materials

Complete details on shipping your materials, including sample labels, can be found in the Exhibitor Services Manual. Do not ship booth materials directly to the hotel.

• May 1, 2023, advance shipments may begin arriving at Freeman warehouse
• May 24, 2023, last day for advance shipments to arrive at Freeman warehouse without surcharges 

Ordering Services and Furnishings

Access the Exhibitor Services Manual via the button at left (coming soon!) to order the following, which are not included in your booth package:

• Furnishings*
• Electricity
• Dedicated Internet
• A/V Equipment
• Lead Retrieval Services
• Material Handling
• Booth Installation Labor (Any labor for installation of your booth must be contracted with Freeman. No third-party, exhibitor-appointed contractors are permitted.

Deadline to receive discounted rates is May 8, 2023.

*Furniture Package
A discounted furniture package was available to order through ACHA when reserving your booth. The package includes a 6 ft. table, two chairs, and a wastebasket for $240. If you ordered this package through the ACHA booth application, do not repeat the order through the Exhibitor Services Manual. ACHA will pass your order information to Freeman. If you need to add to or change your furniture package order made through ACHA, contact exhibits@acha.org (any questions regarding furnishings ordered through the Exhibitor Services Manual should be directed to Freeman as listed in the manual).
