    Polymeric Dispersants for Aqueous Systems...

    • Our portfolio of dispersants contains solutions for water-based, universal, solvent-based, high solids, and 100% solids systems. There are grades that stabilize via electrostatic, steric, and electrosteric repulsion. We offer effective solutions for organic pigments, carbon black, titanium dioxide, inorganic pigments, transparent iron oxides, “white fillers” (calcium carbonate, talc, etc.), and much more. Polymeric dispersants offer reduced grind viscosity and shorter dispersing times. In the final system, they provide high color strength, gloss, and color shade stability.

    • TAFIGEL® rheology modifiers are designed to cover a wide range of viscosity profiles. Focus is on good application properties, easy incorporation, and positive influence on properties of the coating formulation like gloss, water resistance, etc. Our range of synthetic rheology modifiers includes anionic associative acrylic (HASE) and nonionic associative PUR (HEUR) thickener technologies. The TAFIGEL® series makes it possible to optimally adjust the different rheological profiles and the associated properties of water-based coatings
  • CERETAN® XT Series
    Additives for promotion of TEXTURING and HAPTIC...

    • With all additives of the CERETAN  XT Series matting properties are obtainable in addition to the texturing effect and haptic promotion. A big advantage of these additives over commonly used silica as matting agent is a much better transparency in clear lacquers. Wax additives additionally improve scratch and abrasion resistance.
