The Waterborne Symposium The International Waterborne, High‐Solids, and Powder Coating Symposium is a multi‐faceted conference benefiting industry, academia, and the Polymer Science and Engineering Program at The University of Southern Mississippi. Our program includes a student poster session, a student resume book, an exhibit hall, and technical talks. Students in all of our degree programs receive valuable education and training that prepares them for careers in academic, government, or industrial settings. Approximately half of our B.S. graduates choose to further their education in graduate or professional schools, while the remainder benefit from a 95% job placement rate of our graduates within the field.
