"Hubei Heyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. one of subcompanies of Heyuan Gas a public compnay of Shenzhen Exchange in China, supplying SCA silane coupling agents, like OTES, VTMO, GlyMO, MEMO, AMEO, DAMO, Si69, Si75, Mercapto silanes, Vinyl silanes, Oligomers, etc. The route we use from Silicon metal+HCL--Silicon Tetrachloride STC+HSiCl3 Trichlorosilane TCS. Then produce SCA from TCS, and TEOS and TMOS from STC. Meanwhile, we also produce UHP STC for optical fiber and ESG like SiH4."
