Available to ACS Clinical Congress 2025 exhibitors, Business Suites allow for private meetings outside your booth. Your 10' X 10' private meeting space will be located in a quiet section of the exhibit hall.

Business Suites must conform to Exhibitor Booth Rules and Regulations and are available only to paid exhibitors.
Space will not apply to the ACS Priority Point System.
ACS management will assign Business Suite locations.
Locations are temporary and may be re-assigned by ACS to better utilize space in the Exhibit Hall.
Space may not be sublet or shared with other companies.
Only ACS signage is permitted outside the Business Suite or on the outside facing walls.
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Business Suites are only accessible during Exhibit Hall open hours, as noted below.
Additional Exhibit Hall badges are not included with the purchase of a Business Suite and may be ordered through your exhibitor portal if needed.

Each space includes 4 continuous, conjoined walls and a closable door with a 2' X 2' company logo cling and carpeting.
All additional furniture and services must be ordered through Freeman at the exhibitor's expense.
