“Research in Germany” is an initiative launched by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in 2006 to strengthen the international visibility of German research and to expand R&D collaboration between Germany and international partners. Together with research institutions such as the Max Planck Society (MPG) and research centers such as the “Quantum Alliance” (a consortium of German Clusters of Excellence and centers in the field of quantum technologies), “Research in Germany“ provides information about the German research landscape in physics and related fields, as well as on cooperation and funding opportunities for scientists of all career stages.
