HORIBA Scientific offers Standard Microscope Spectroscopy (SMS) systems that add one or more of a variety of spectroscopies to any standard optical microscope. Spectroscopies include Raman, steady state and time-resolved Photoluminescence, Reflectance/ Transmittance, Electroluminescence, Photocurrent and Dark Field Scattering. SMS systems can be fully turnkey systems including a microscope, or as an upgrade to an existing microscope. Our modular approach enables a user to truly customize a system to their particular needs, without sacrificing performance. We also offer InGaAs and CMOS detectors, scientific and deep-cooled cameras, CCD and PDA mini spectrometers, Cathodoluminescence for SEM, and MicOS for photoluminescence and electroluminescence.
