If you are looking to secure a previously reserved booth after space consultation with our Exhibits team, please confirm your booth space and sign your exhibitor agreement.

Do not submit a second reservation form unless your company intends to exhibit with multiple booths and company listings.

Exhibitor Registration & Housing

Exhibitor Registration will open in mid-December. Exhibitors will be prompted to register and book hotel rooms when Registration opens.

Housing Deadline: March 28

Exhibitor Service Kit (Freeman)

The exhibitor service kit will be emailed to confirmed exhibitors on a weekly basis beginning in early February. Invitations to create an account will be sent from our official general contractor, Freeman, to the primary booth contact on file.
