The newly formed Vishay Specialty Thin Film (VSTF) division of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. combines the expertise of Applied Thin-Film Products, Vishay Electro-Films and Vishay UltraSource. ATP, EFI & UltraSource are all industry leaders in thin film products for high frequency applications in commercial, medical, and defense applications. VSTF offers enabling technology for high frequency designs such as: tight dimensional control, a wide variety of sputtered and plated metals, integrated resistors, filled-vias, multilayers, Lange couplers, side-wall patterning and integrated thin film (MIM) capacitors. As a complement to custom, build to print solutions, we also offer chip resistors, capacitors, and inductors.
