On March 8, 2021 — Quantic™ Electronics, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management (“Arcline”), acquired PMI and its assets. Quantic has over a century of combined experience as reliable problem-solvers and trusted partners in military, aerospace, industrial and commercial markets.
Today, PMI with Quantic’s leadership continues to carry on the legacy of its founder, Dr Ash by expanding the applications of RF/Microwave components and subsystems into new, low cost, RF/Microwave receiving and transmitting systems for both civilian and military customers.
