The Reginald Victor Jones (RVJ) Institute is the first of its kind, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit research institute completely dedicated to supporting the U.S. and her allies to achieve EMS superiority. Unlike traditional think tanks, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers, and University Affiliated Research Centers that are devoted to numerous disciplines, the RVJ Institute is dedicated exclusively to excellence within Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO). The Institute features a Cadre of Experts, a Knowledge Hub, and scholarly research in order to advance the art and science of EMSO.
